Let's go out to the garden
To see what we can find.
Something yummy for supper
Is what I have in mind.



Under the potato hills
The earth reveals its treasure.
Will they be big or small?
Discovery is the pleasure.



Each graceful, feathery carrot top
Leads to an orange delight,
Fragrant with earthy goodness,
Can't wait to take a bite.



The tangled vines of the squash patch
Are sending us a call,
Under the leaves lie waiting
The wonders of the Fall.
