Searching through so many years
Running from my fears
Life was looking very sad
But I gave it all I had



I tried to make it count
I even threw in an extra amount
Nothing ever worked out
My life, I started to doubt



When an empty heart appears
Crying so many tears
Everything was wrong
I was not in the place I belong



I had to work some problems
through
Even though the Lord already knew
He just waited to see
If I really wanted to break free



Sometimes we have to face a test
Before He sends the very best
Now I know that the Lord had
a special plan
Because He sent you....
My Very Special Man
