~ I TAUGHT MY DAUGHTER ~

I taught my daughter how to wash clothes
I think I taught her well
"Don't forget the fabric softener
For that great outdoors sweet smell"

I taught her how to iron and sew
To dust and how to cook
I even gave her Grandma's
Expertise cookbook

Don't let windows get too dirty
But don't wash them in the hot sun
Well, if you do, you'll have streaks
When the washing's done

This is the vacuum cleaner
And this is a broom
This is a mop
Take your pick to clean a room

But, then there came a gadget
Everybody just had to have one
A computer it was called
And it was so much fun

One more thing to teach
My lovely daughter, dear
First you have to turn it on
It's the little button right here

This is how you do "this"
And this is how you do "that"
She soaked it all in like a sponge
While close to me she sat

Soon my daughter was all grown up
And moved into a lovely home
She does everything perfect
Even has a computer of her own

So, my darling daughter
I taught and you learned every detail
Now, Mommy's sitting at MY computer
Wondering .......
WHERE THE HECK IS MY EMAIL?!?!?!

:-)

And Yes, I Love You Very Much
