Pretty silver and golden threads
A tapestry we are weaving
Across our life it spreads
Color of rich crimson
green and royal blue
All the colors of the rainbow
To wrap around you
It will never wear out
The weave is of good quality and strong
Wherever our life takes us
We carry our tapestry along
A beautiful piece of material
and rich beyond compare
You, Dear Friend, are part of the weave
within this tapestry I wear
