~<>~SWEET SOLITUDE~<>~

From all the hustle and bustle of life today
I slip away and find time alone.
Alone, I find quiet and peace from all the strife.
I speak with God and my heart finds solace
as my troubles fade away.



Solitude is a wonderful friend
That gives you a chance to think and dream.
Ideas come of possibilities
Waiting for you to begin.



Time alone lets you reflect
And sort out your feelings
And adjust the direction of your life's path
So you follow where God directs.



Solitude gives time to spend with God.
Your soul communes with Him
Sharing desires and praising His name.
Quite time opens your heart to the voice of God
Allowing His peace to come in.



Solitude lets you get to know yourself
And like the person you have become
Or make changes in traits that make you frown.
Time alone you can express emotions you have felt.



Solitude is a wonderful companion
Who allows dreams of the future
As well as a look at the past
To bring you joy and satisfaction
of where you have been and where you are going.
