I threw out my back
Maybe that's too daring
Somethin' calmer I would like

Get myself a bike
Pedal slow and steady
Wow, this is a breeze
Watch me ......
OOPS!!
There goes my knees
Try somethin' new
But what can I choose
I know what would be fun
How about a cruise
It won't wreck my creaky knees
my back or break my hip
OH NO .... OOPS!
I'm gettin' sea sick!!
I think I better cool it
Give me my rockin' chair
I'll try somethin' new all right....
Just move it from here to there!!!
