~SLEEP WELL~
On the edge of a cliff she sits
As evening draws nigh
Above the earth on this jagged edge
Up, she is....... near the sky
Darkness quiets the earth's day
The horizon pulls away sunlight
And in her hand she holds
sparking jewels
All the treasures of the night
Then from the cliff way up high
Each star then finds its place
As she tosses them like glitter
across this expanse of space
Take a look up into the sky
Breathe in nighttime's calm
Feel the breeze.....
It's an angel's kiss
to comfort you like a soothing balm
Sleepy eyes are heavy
as you're pulled into nighttime's spell
