Friendship passes from one to another
By different ways.
The seeds of friendship from each other
Are planted in our heart each day.

Blown from a heart full of love
The seeds sink into the fallow soil
Of a heart waiting to nourish the seed
As friendship grows by love's toil.

Seeds of friendship spring up and grow
When a receptive heart seems to know
That a rare treasure is planted
And nothing about the friendship seed is taken for granted.

With the sunshine of love
Watered with caring
The friendship seed planted by chance
Grows to blossom and add beauty the heart to enhance.

Plant seeds of friendship where ever you go
So lonely people will know you care
And wish your love with them to share
So each will be better by doing so.
