~ Proud To Be A Granny ~

I'm a granny and proud as can be
I'm spry and perky too
Don't tell me I'm too old to do this and that
Bet I can keep up with you.



They want to dress me in old folks clothes
Well tough, cause it ain't gonna be
No, I'm not saying I'll skimp on my dress
Wont be nothing over my knee.



I like to primp and look my best
Dining out and dancing is fun
So I can't do aerobics and all that stuff
I might walk instead of run.



I can do most anything
That you can do and more
One thing that I will never be
Is a granny that's a bore



So forget all about the rocking chair
I might use it to watch TV
But most times I'll be strutting my stuff
And just be plain old me.
