~My Brother~

God looked down and saw that I needed a brother,
To love me and protect me like no other.

He sent you into my life for me to love and cherish.
I know that you were sent by God, above .



For me to be protected and to be loved.
You are not just a brother. but a friend. indeed ...

Someone to teach me and help me, along the way,
To be a better person; from God not to stray.



An example you are for me to follow.
You are much like the Father to whom I adore ...

The one that came to be the example for us.
I am so fortunate to have you in my life ...



Your shoulder to cry on,
Your protection from strife.

God is so good, as I can plainly see.
You are the brother that met my need.
