Make a wish we are told
And you will get your heart's desire.
Wishes for wealth and gold
Are just waiting there.

Drop a penny in the wishing well to start
And make a special wish for you.
Do not tell or it will not come true
But keep it close to your heart.



If you had a wish to give
What would it be?
Would you wish for love to fill your heart
And for a happy family?

If a second wish you would get
Would you wish for silver and gold,
Enough to fill all your pockets would hold
With much left over as well?



If a third wish you had
Would you wish for eternal life
And a heavenly home when you die
Singing praises to God in the sweet bye and bye?

In the Bible we are told to ask
And it shall be given you.
That if you seek you shall find
Assuring me that if I wish it is mine.
