~THE HEART OF MY HOME~

It seems that
whenever I have guests
They love to hang out
in my kitchen best

Everyone can come over
for a get-together
We have so much fun
The party can start out in the living room
But we all end up in my kitchen
before the evening is done

Through my whole house
they can roam
But nine times out of ten
My friends end up
in the heart of my home

And you know what...
I think that's really neat
Because that's right in the middle
of my home's heartbeat

It's the warmest place in the house
So comfy and cozy
It carries kind of an aura
that's toasty and rosy

Some sit on the chairs
Some throw pillows on the floor
And ya know what else
There is always room for one more

Maybe we play games
Eating goodies and snacks
I know one thing for sure
My kitchen is where they relax

Its a great feeling
when your friends are just like you
And feel that your kitchen
is the heart of your home too

A cozy kitchen is great
But you already know
When friend's come to your house
I bet straight into the kitchen they go....
Right?
