~KEEPER OF THE NIGHT~

She comes disguised as the night owl
Flying through the air
Wings of flight on high
Placing a star here and there



She lines all the planets up
Perfectly in a row
Placing each and everyone
where it must go

Sending down the evening moth
fluttering about, searching for a light
Shining out brightly
somewhere in the dark night



A voice whispers
to lovers everywhere.....
"Come and see the moon
I have hung, among the stars
just for you right there"

And when you feel the nighttime breeze
against your face
She is wrapping her feather wings
around the two of you
bringing you together for a warm embrace



You really must be outside
with the one you love on a night like this
The Keeper of the Night
has just set the stage ....
For a sweetheart's kiss
