~Internet Friend~
If only I lived a little closer to you,
Just think of all the things we could do.
But the miles separate us by far,
Although I love the wonderful person you are.
We e-mail each other almost every day,
We just seem to have so many things to say.
All the beautiful Internet cards you send,
Shows me I truly am your Internet Friend.
Together we can surf and see far away lands,
Just by holding each other's Internet hands.
True, I may never get to meet you face to face,
But inside my heart, you already hold a Special Place.
You fill my days with so much delight,
I even pray for you at my bedside each night.
A Friendship formed by a simple machine,
A Friendship that can weather, almost anything.
So I'm taking the time, to let you know,
Thoughts of you are with me every where I go.
I truly appreciate all that you do,
I can't thank you enough, I Love You !!
