Hello world! Here I am!
Happy to see you today.
Glad everything is going my way
And hoping the same for you.

The sun is shining bright
In the early morning light
Bringing high hopes for a wonderful day
Coming my way.

Excitement is in the air
Just knowing wonderful things are there
For me to enjoy and celebrate.
I will jump right in and not hesitate.

Great blessings are mine, I know
For I am well and happy as can be.
I have friends eager to share with me
And loved ones with love to show.

Eagerly I await opportunities to work
And my duties I will not shirk
For meaningful work is a blessing, too
By knowing I can help someone by the work I do.

So, hello world. Here I am and happy to be
Reporting for duty and the challenges before me
To make a difference in some way
To brighten the corner
where someone is sad and alone this day.
