Glad Tidings coming into your dream
The angel goes across the sky in flight
And speaks to one and all
of a most important night
Before you go to sleep my friend
ponder the beauty of this season
Let it warm your heart
as you remember the reason

just as you lay down upon your bed
Can you see the angel fly across the earth
announcing the glory of Christ's Birth
