God Bless My Friend

I have a friend whom I've just met
So kind, warm and sweet
Such beautiful words come from her heart
Never releasing them a feat.



Her words are like a melodious song
That an Angel like she would sing
Such peace, joy and so much love
Her beautiful words can bring.



Her pain and discomfort
She never complains at all
But I can read between the lines
Yet my friend stands very tall.



I'm asking God to hear my prayer
And release my friend from despair
Wrap his arms tightly around her
And keep her in his care.
