Life can be so hectic
So much we have to do
Yet friends help us in many ways
Special friends like you.
I can get up in the morning
And nothing goes just right
Yet if I hear from you it seems
The darkness turns to light.
We can be wealthy in many ways
But one thing I know for sure
Money can't make us happy
We need a whole lot more.
Like having someone to love us
For who we really are
A special friend can do that
That's a special gift by far.
