But, who of us can find it? For every heart, there is a desire to find their forever love. When we are young, we perhaps are a bit foolish. We have not lived life through all the happiness and sadness. What can one possibly know of love? We try to love and be loved. Yet, so many hearts end up broken in two. So day after day, try to pick up the pieces. Try to keep this person with us..... After all, there was love in the beginning.... Wasn't there? True love is supposed to be a forever love. And so, now with a bleeding heart and countless number of tears, it is time to let this person go. Distraught and alone, there is no one. Make up your mind, never will I try to love again. So with many years of heartache and sadness, reflect back on the things that were not right. Reflect on the things that could have been different. Experience is a hard lesson sometimes..... But, if we have learned from experience, then it was not a wasted lesson. So, with our years behind us, perhaps, just perhaps we are a little wiser. Then one day, when you least expect it. Yes, one day, when you were not even looking ... there it is.....that 'One Love.' One touch of their hand and you feel a bond that you have never felt before. It's like your souls just melt together as one. Your thoughts become so entwined, that you know what the other is thinking. Just looking into each others eyes can become a whole conversation, without a word from your mouth. And all of a sudden, you feel your hearts broken pieces coming back together. But, this time it feels fuller and more complete. This time there is a safe feeling within yourself. Then you realize, that in the past, you lived with a person for many years, and you never even knew them. And now, here is someone you have known a day, or just a month, but yet you feel that you have known them for a lifetime. They are not a stranger to you. They are your 'Soul Mate' At last!!
