~What Makes A Family~
It doesn't really matter
Two or six or three
Living in unity
That's what makes a family
All together working
toward the same goal
A peaceful and enjoyable life
Reaching out
for more happiness than strife
Mother and Father, Children
maybe even a pet or two
How our family turns out
is really up to you
Just Mom with the kids
Just Dad with the kids
Home life is different now
But you can keep it together
with lots of love and hugs...
that's how
And perhaps some
are just the only one
There is nothing wrong with that
Because friends.....
That's where your family's at
Traditional family life
Extended family life
Adopted family life
The key word here...
FAMILY
If you don't have one...
so you may think
Then it's with friends you need to be
Times have changed
this is true
Earth is home to everyone
We are all family
It's time to change our point of view
