There once was a duck in a bonnet Carrying a basket of eggs on her wing Oh, the colors each egg had upon it Was quite a beautiful thing Now Rabbit came a hoppin' He carried a basket too All of a sudden he was a stoppin' "Miss Duck, so nice to see you!" "I have a little favor to ask 'Cause I'm runnin' kind of late Could you help me with a little task If you could, it sure would be great" "All the boys & girls are waitin' for me Yes, waitin' for their baskets of eggs and candy If you could please help with the delivery It certainly would be quite dandy" Well, how could Miss Duck answer, 'No' Because Rabbit was her dear friend Along with him she was willing to go With her help, more than happy to lend You may think this a little funny In a bind Rabbit really got stuck But, when you get your basket Easter Morning Was it left by Mr. Bunny ....
