~CRYSTAL LACE~

Down from heaven He sends to us
Snowflakes from the sky
Little tiny pieces of lace
Swirl around as they fly by

Crystal Lace, if you will
Delicate and white
Like silk threads weaving together
It shimmers in rays of light



On the ground and mountain top
covering every tree
Fresh fallen winter snow
as far as my eyes can see

His earth now needs a winter's rest
Down comes a snowfall
To wrap the land so gently
within a Crystal Lace Shawl
