You are someone so special
I can tell my troubles to
Or happy thoughts that I may have
I always come to you.
Sometimes I take for granted
The love of a beautiful heart
Yet somehow you are always there
Right from the very start.
I will always remember
The beauty a friendship can bring
That makes us happy everyday
And makes our lonely heart sing.
Your friendship is a special gift
From our precious Lord above
