I always wanted to be an artist.
Got a good start here
Sending greetings of good cheer
To a friend who is the best.



Hope your morning is starting well
And you have lots of news to tell
Of thoughts from your heart
As this day you start.

A few more lessons I need to take
So a beautiful painting I can make
But accept this beginning effort
And make no retort.



A little fun is always good
Between friends who have always understood.
