Before you go to sleep My Friend
Before you go to bed
Before you say your prayers
Before you rest your head



From a Little Angel in Heaven
Three Candles will be lit
Candles of Three Blessings
A glow they will emit



This glow will shine down on you
as Christmas Day draws nigh
A brilliance that only Heaven can send
With blessings in large supply



One candle is for Joy
The other one for Love
The last candle is for Peace
These three shine from above



The glow from each candle
will shine brightly into your heart
And in the morning when you awake
Your day will have a wonderful start



Yes.....
These Christmas Candles are special
They are lit only once a year
But the Glow we carry inside our Heart
Never need disappear



Now rest Dear Friend and go to sleep
The Candles are lit and glowing
May Joy, Love and Peace be yours
With Wonderful Blessings forever growing
